Klüg sounds like Glück
In Palma since 2021. Glück is German for happiness. That is where the name comes from — and the motto with it: happiness is shaped like a burger.
We started by being first
In 2021 we opened in Blanquerna with something Mallorca did not have: a real smash burger. An Argentinian team, a griddle, and the conviction that beef is pressed, not stacked.
Nothing arrived by accident
The beef, the bun and every ingredient were designed for the person sitting at the table. That is why the bun is made of potato, and why the patty can change without touching the recipe.
A place people come back to
The aim was never to sell loose burgers, but to build a burger culture in Palma: somewhere to meet family and friends. Five years on, we are two places.
A new burger every month
The menu does not sit still. A new burger arrives every month, and if it works it stays. The vegan ones are fully plant-based, not a trimmed-down version of something else.
